We have no control over the information provided by users which is displayed on our site. Please use caution and common sense in using the iComTrader. The completion of any sale or auction is specifically the responsibility of the Buyer and Seller.
The information contained in the Buyers and Sellers Guides help to show the uses, terms,
and responsibilities of iComTrader and the members. This information
will serve as general instructions.
iComTrader reserves the right to pursue and seek remedy for any and all actions carried out by Buyers and or Sellers that are deemed unacceptable, unethical, or blatant circumvention as it relates to the standards of our business.
While we do not collect commissions from buyers, in cases of circumvention of commissions, both buyers and sellers will be held responsible for payment and remedy. By virtue of membership, buyers and sellers alike, agree to perform with integrity,and be responsible to iComTrader for commissions owed on business created via the introductions made.
Specific Policies
- All users must be at least 18 Years of Age to participate.
- Items sold in the Marketplace must conform to all local laws.
- All Adult Material, Guns, Weapons, and Medications may not be listed for sale or at auction on this site.
- Any listing may be removed without notice at the discretion of iComTrader
- Nonpayment for items won or purchased can result in suspension or termination from using the iComTrader.
- Nonpayment of commissions for items won or purchased can result in suspension, termination and legal remedy against both buyers and sellers on iComTrader.

longer than expected, and cannot be counted on to inform you of an item's
